Aiming to predict drug pharmacokinetics in human body, Graphen Atom ADME Prediction Tool evaluates the ability of absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicity. We use multi-task learning to train our models. Models have different weights for drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicity.
