The deployed solution reached close to 99% accuracy of car diagnosis and fix suggestions and 91% accuracy with only 1% of training data.
Based on advanced Graph Computing, Graphen established the car diagnosis database through advanced, domain specific graph database. The solution is able to see the complex information for each vehicle including its maintence histroy, geographical influcence, etc. Graphen's technology establishes the model through machine learning and deep learning, largely increases the efficiency in diagnostics. Based on the Graphen Core Ardi AI foundation, Anita AI Knowledge Agents and Aica Automotive Knowledge Platform, Graphen developed a voice-based car assistant dialog app available on smart phones. This advanced AI system can handle voice or text questions and answers.
Listening to the car symptoms from the user, Aica Mobile Doctor can interprete what might went wrong and provides fix suggestions. It can also communicates to a Bluetooth dongle that is plugged into the OBD-II socket of car to read sensor information. It uses Ardi tools to provide adequate natural language understanding capability and knowledgable conversations.
