No matter using dry lab or wet lab experiments, we need to select the antibodies which have high affinity with antigen. Even so, it's still not enough to use that to be a therapeutic monoclonal antibody. We need to rely on developability by wet lab experiments to evaluate antibody for clinical use. For this reason, we had trained a model to evaluate antibody by Therapeutic Antibody Profiler (TAP) which compares antibody variable domain sequence against five developability guidelines derived from clinical-stage therapeutic values.
