Graphen AI, a leader in artificial intelligence, continues to strengthen its presence in the ASEAN region, reflecting its deep commitment to driving technological innovation. In February, the company appointed a 40-year industry veteran as EVP, based in Singapore, to oversee operations in ASEAN. This marked the start of a series of significant milestones in 2024.

In March, Graphen hosted a Closed Door Roundtable in Kuala Lumpur, engaging key industry players in AI discussions. This was followed by the company’s participation in the U.S. Tech Trade Mission organized by the U.S. Embassy in Singapore in May. During this time, Graphen launched its AI Integrated Agent (AiiA) Digital Human Platform at the IDC ASEAN ‘The Next Best Thing’ Conference. The AiiA Platform enables users to interact with a Digital Human in their native languages, providing seamless access to insights and knowledge from authorized databases.

Further solidifying its position as a thought leader, Graphen delivered a keynote at the Global Health Asia Pacific Summit in Phuket in August, focusing on how AI can transform healthcare. The company continued its momentum by presenting at several key events, including the IDC Bangkok ‘The Next Best Thing’ Conference in June, and the Manila Tech Summit 2024 in August.

Graphen also contributed to the 4th Artificial Intelligence Innovation Summit in Jakarta in August, sharing its vision for the future of AI in the region. In September, the Singapore team expanded with the appointment of Galvin Choo as Operations and Data Governance Manager, further boosting the company’s operational capabilities.

In October, Graphen partnered with Imperium Solutions in Singapore to enhance its presence and deliver advanced AI solutions. That same month, the company hosted a panel discussion titled ‘Decoding Consumerism with AI’ at the SCCCI SMEICC Conference in Singapore, further emphasizing the role of AI in transforming consumer experiences.

Looking ahead, Graphen is set to participate in the U.S. Smart Cities Trade Mission, organized by the U.S. Embassy, with planned visits to Manila, Bali, Jakarta, and Nusantara in November. This mission will further strengthen Graphen’s connections across ASEAN as it continues to drive AI advancements in smart city development.

At the heart of Graphen’s ASEAN initiatives is the AiiA Digital Human Platform, which plays a crucial role in revolutionizing customer interactions. With AiiA, businesses and governments can enable users to communicate in their natural languages through a Digital Human, providing a humanized AI interface that offers real-time insights and access to critical data. This platform is flexible, adaptable, and designed to integrate seamlessly with multiple sectors, from healthcare to retail, offering tailored solutions to meet regional needs.

Graphen’s commitment to ASEAN is clear, with a focus on fostering innovation, supporting digital transformation, and enhancing customer engagement across industries. As the company continues to grow its footprint in the region, its AI-driven solutions are set to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology in ASEAN.
